REFUND POLICY

Effective as of 2025

At B.U.R.N.T, every piece is made with intention. Most of our items are dropshipped and made-to-order, including limited-run and one-of-one custom designs. Because of the unique nature of our process, all sales are final. However, we do make exceptions for mistakes and damages.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

​

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Custom and one-of-one pieces (including future reworked garments)

We may replace items only if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item or size

  • The item was undeliverable and returned to sender

If one of the above applies, email us within 7 days of delivery at 8urntent@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

 

📦 Returned Packages

If your package is returned due to an undeliverable address or missed delivery window, it will be held in storage (by our print partner) for 30 days. If unclaimed, it will be donated. Reshipping fees will apply.

 

🧵 Custom & Reworked Pieces

​

Reworked items (cut-and-sew, mash-ups, custom fabric pieces) are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their handmade nature. Each piece is truly one-of-a-kind and final sale.

 

💸 Refunds

​

If your return is approved due to damage or our error, we will either:

  • Resend the corrected item at no cost, or

  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
